Directions
All conference sessions will be in the Don James Center on the North side of Husky Stadium.
Both conference hotels are located just minutes down the street from the stadium.
- Follow signs to Interstate 5 North.
- Take exit 165B - WA 520 East
- Take the first exit "Montlake Blvd / Univ of Washington"
- Turn left onto Montlake Blvd.
- After crossing the Montlake Bridge, Husky Stadium will be on your right. To reach the conference hotels, continue past the stadium and stay left to continue onto 25th Ave NE.
Free transportation to and from the airport will also be available for those attending the symposium.

Pike Place MarketA Seattle landmark for 100 years. Downtown overlooking the waterfront.
Food, shopping, and flying fish. A must see for any first-time Seattle visitor.
At the North end of downtown. Build for the 1962 World's Fair.
The Space Needle, Experience Music Project and Science Fiction Museum, and Pacific Science Center are all located here.
Located in Pioneer Square, on the South end of Downtown Seattle, tours take you
beneath the streets of the mid-1800s. After the Great Seattle Fire of 1889, the city was rebuilt several stories higher, leaving the
previous city entombed beneath.
Spectacular zoo just 10-minute's West of University of Washington campus.
Located at Boeing Field, on the South end of the city, museum includes
one of the largest air and space museums in the world.
Experience Music Project and Science Fiction Museum
Those not attending the symposium golf event on Friday afternoon will have the option of attending the
Experience Music Project and Science Fiction Museum in the shadow of the Space Needle at Seattle Center.
The unique building designed by
renowned architect Frank Gehry houses both museums created by Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen. The EMP contains interactive
exhibits encompassing many genres of music, but primiarily Rock and Roll, with an emphasis on Northwest music history.
The Science Fiction Museum includes unique memorabilia from television, movies and literature. It is also the home of the
Science Fiction Hall of Fame.
Transportation will be provided. Cost is $10 for adults, $5 for students (6-17), children 5 and under free.
Pre-registration is necessary to ensure discounted rates.
